Toko owns the Dealership in Drift Spirits. The first time you see her is in the prologue when the game tells you to go to the Dealership. When you arrive at the dealership for the first time you are greeted by Toko, she tells you about getting cars from the dealership and then you race her. Through out the Drift Spirits story it is revealed that Toko is the daughter of Gen The Spartan, who clears up some misconception about what happened to him. Toko is more of a side character in the story but she is seen more than the racers you go up against.
